Before submitting this form, please make sure you have tried the following:
  1. Refresh your device in the Arreya Dashboard
  2. Restart your device physically, or remotely via Admin Console
  3. Verify that the display is turned on and set to the proper input
  4. Verify that all cables (HDMI, Power, USB, Ethernet, etc) are plugged in and secure
  5. Verify that your location has working internet and the device is connected to the network
